Tay Kratzer is the creator of GWAVAs Reload, the author of Success With GroupWise 7 for Linux and (co-) author of Novell's GroupWise 7.0, 6.5 and 6.0 Administrator's Guides.

Drawing on years of experience as a Novell Primary Support Engineer (PSE), Tay Kratzer has launched his site to provide GroupWise administrators and enthusiasts alike with up-to-date, relevant, technical resources to optimize and improve their GroupWise messaging infrastructure with his signature -just-say-it-like-it-is- style.

Danita Zanrè (Caledonia Network Consulting) has been using GroupWise since 1989, when its predecessor was known as WordPerfect Office 2.0. She has been involved closely with every version of the product since that time. She is experienced in all aspects of GroupWise, from design and installation, to training of administrators and end-users.

She is the author of the Caledonia Upgrade Guide for GroupWise 8, co-author of the GroupWise 7, 6.5 and 6.0 Upgrade Guides, co-author of the GroupWise 5.5 and 5.2 Administrators Guides, has written several articles regarding GroupWise, is a speaker at BrainShare, GroupWiseR and GWAVACon, and a sysop at the Novell Support forums.
